What is Moving Forward?
Moving Forward is a youth-focused initiative developed by Abergele Youth Den (part of Abergele Community Action) and Conwy Employability Hub (part of Conwy Borough Council) It’s designed to support young people across the County of Conwy in making confident, informed choices about their future — especially around employment and career paths.
Moving Forward began as a single six-week course and quickly grew from five participants to sixteen in just four months. Today, it offers three distinct programmes tailored to meet young people wherever they are in life — whether they’re just starting out or looking to take the next step.
